A Gift From The Heart provides job training and life skills to young adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. We provided financial support to help address costs such as rent, utilities, and job supplies.
We provided funding to help offset the costs of running the 2023 Point Pleasant Beach Senior Committee events. These events allow our senior committee an outlet to socialize and partake in health and wellness activities
We sponsored the Point Pleasant Beach Grand Prix. For over 40 years, the Point Pleasant Beach Grand Prix has been a family tradition. Fans come from near and far to experience the sights, sounds and traditions of this weekend-long event.
We sponsored the Point Beach Cares 2023 concert to raise money to support our servicemen and women who are facing housing insecurity or homelessness.
We supported the Point Pleasant Beach Arts Committee's Party by the Sea fundraiser, funding the entertainment, supplies, decorations, and venue.
We provided a grant to the Point Pleasant Beach Shade Tree Commission to replace ten dead trees that were removed from Little Silver Lake shoreline.
We funded the Point Pleasant Beach Beautification Committee to convert the Randall Ave/Niblick St garden into a pollinator garden that will attract Monarch butterflies.
We provided a grant for Antrim Elementary school to purchase 20 iPads and Apple Pencils to support the Art program.
We provided a grant to enable the Point Pleasant Beach Environmental Commission to purchase a fountain to support the use of reusable bottles as a way to reduce the use of disposable plastic bottles. The fountain will be fully accessible for people with disabilities and easy for children to use.
We again provided a grant to support the Point Pleasant Beach Recreation Committee's summer camp, helping the camp to bring in 2-3 outside presenters per week, purchase enough arts & crafts materials to allow campers to create a daily take home craft, and also fund some scholarships.
We provided a grant to upgrade Saint Peter School's 7 year old computers, providing Chromebooks for students and Windows 11 computers for teachers and staff.
We're proud to support the G. Harold Antrim Elementary School PTO by being a Platinum Sponsor for the 2022 Holiday Cooks Tour.
Point Pleasant Beach has a successful Little League program with over 15 teams. To enhance safety, we funded batting cages, additional fencing to support the batting cages, and raising the existing backstop wing fencing to accommodate netting.
We funded the Point Pleasant Beach Beautification Committee to revamp the Welcome Sign Garden and the Ocean/Broadway Garden, using colorful plants and shrubs that are native, salt-tolerant, and pollinators.
We helped fund the Point Pleasant Beach: Beyond the Boardwalk program to encourage year-round tourism and full-time residence. The grant helped fund a videographer to capture footage of the borough's events and activities beyond the boardwalk, focusing on the historic downtown, neighborhoods, schools, small businesses, and residents.
We provided matching funds for two grants from the Point Pleasant Beach Public Education Foundation (PPBPEF) to support (a) additional musical instruments For Antrim Elementary School and (b) creating the Guidance Office Wellness Center at Point Pleasant Beach High School.
We sponsored Point Beach Cares: Concert For Ukraine. All proceeds from the concert will be going to organizations helping provide food, shelter, and medical care to Ukrainian refugees.

information in a medical emergency situation.
We purchased t-shirts to raise funds for events put on by the Point Pleasant Beach Rec Committee and Chamber of Commerce.
We purchased 15 plaques to be permanently placed on non-residential historically significant buildings in Point Pleasant Beach. These plaques will serve to recognize and promote historic preservation, promote appreciation for PPB's historic buildings, and increase awareness of PPB's historic past.
We funded the following activities for the Point Pleasant Beach Senior Committee: the 2021 Holiday Party, Community Caroling, Project Icebox, and the Spectrum program with Antrim Elementary school.
We provided matching funds to the Point Beach Arts Committee to refurbish The Great Wall of Point Pleasant Beach mural on the side of the Jaeger
Lumber Building.
We provided matching funds to the Point Beach Arts Committee for a mural on the east side of Ocean Ave at the White Sands Oceanfront Resort & Spa.

We provided matching funds to the Point Beach Arts Committee for a mural on the north facing side of 522 Bay
Avenue in downtown Point Pleasant Beach.
We helped fund the restoration of the original wooden Bob Asay lifeguard boat used to win titles in the 1980s. It was prominently displayed at Martell’s for years. It will be a major focal point of the new Point Beach Coast Guard Station acquisition and will be used at town events like the Locals Summer bonfire.
We provided matching funds to the Point Beach Arts Committee for a mural on the south facing side of the ReMax
Building on Bay Avenue in downtown Point Pleasant Beach.
We helped fund the Christopher J Morrissey Garden of Hope, to provide a place of peace and tranquility in our local community to honor and remember loved ones lost. The Garden is located in Point Pleasant Beach, at the cross section of Baltimore and Harvard Ave.
The Point Pleasant Beach High School class of 2021 suffered through the worst of the COVID-19 pandemic, which also impacted PTO fundraising. To help ensure that graduation for these seniors was a night to remember, we helped fund Project Graduation.
We helped fund the Point Pleasant Beach Senior Committee (the "Golden Gulls"), which was newly launched in 2021 to ensure the roughly 1/3 of Point Beach residents who are 65 or older have a voice. Planned activities include meet and greets, local restaurant nights, Zoom exercise classes, wellness calls, game nights, guest seminars, and more.
We funded the Point Pleasant Beach Beautification Committee to replace all the barrel planters downtown with new, higher quality, more attractive, and easier to maintain planters.
To help promote empty storefronts and beautify them in the process, we funded the Point Beach Arts Committee to create vinyl clings with artwork and rental information to install on buildings that are currently empty.
We donated some restaurant gift cards to support the Point Pleasant Beach PTO Dining Out Raffle fundraiser.
We partnered with the Point Pleasant Beach Shade Tree Commission to fund the "Nominate Your Block" program to help transform one relatively barren block into a flourishing treescape.

We helped fund the new banners for downtown Point Pleasant Beach that both add vibrancy to the downtown as well as showcase great moments from Point Beach's historic past.
Ocean Fire Company No 1 is one of two fire companies serving all the residents, businesses, and visitors to Point Pleasant Beach. OFC is dependent on fundraising, but this fundraising was heavily impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. We provided a grant to help mitigate this shortfall.
Our matching funds helped make Point Beach a more cycle-friendly town by providing adequate, safe spaces for riders to lock and leave their bicycles. The design chosen reflects the town’s seaside environment with a nod to our school mascot which helps foster a sense of place in our community.
We provided matching funds to the Point Beach Arts Committee for the mural "The Butterfly Effect", a work of art in downtown Point Pleasant Beach consisting of painted butterflies and metal sculptures of butterfly silhouettes. Isabella Carannante designed the mural, painted by Jill Hawthorne of Jill Da Brush, with Metal Elementz creating the sculptures.
To honor the Point Pleasant Beach High School Class of 2020 we helped fund banners of all the graduating seniors. These banners were then prominently displayed downtown.
There was a critical need to update the equipment and supplies used during Point Pleasant Beach’s annual summer camp, held in Pleasure Park for children grades K-8. We provided funds to purchase items to provide both a safe environment and a fun experience for the campers.
Congratulations to the winners of the 2020 Point Pleasant Beach High School Fisher Scholarship. Each winner demonstrated academic excellence while overcoming adversity and was awarded a $5,000 scholarship.
We've partnered with the Point Beach Shade Tree Commission to offer a limited number of free street trees to Point Pleasant Beach property owners.
We funded the Point Pleasant Beach Beautification Committee to refurbish the sign welcoming visitors driving north from Bay Head.
We funded the Point Pleasant Beach Beautification Committee to refurbish the sign for the Lake of the Lillies Bird Sanctuary.
To support the Ocean County healthcare system during the COVID-19 crisis, we provided financial support to the Meridian Health Foundation.
We provided some financial support to St. Mary's by the Sea Episcopal Church to support their Emergency Food program during the COVID-19 crisis.
We helped the Point Pleasant Beach High School PTO purchase a new merchandise trailer. While selling BEACH merchandise is one of the PTO's most successful fundraisers, the previous trailer had safety concerns, structural issues, water damage, and was unable to travel to community events. The new trailer addresses all of these concerns.
Scholarships will be awarded each year to one or more graduating Point Pleasant Beach High School seniors who have achieved academic excellence while overcoming adversity.

We provided matching funds to the Point Pleasant Beach Public Education Foundation to purchase and install a modern projection system in the Point Pleasant Beach High School gym.
The Gottlieb building, built in 1906, has been saved and restoration plans are under development.
